A resident of Mobile, Alabama, Stanley McDonald departed this life for eternity on Monday, January 21, 2019 at a local rehabilitation center.
Stanley McDonald was born to the union of the late Mr. and Mrs. Douglas (Nettie) McDonald in Tuskegee, Alabama on May 28, 1964. He was a graduate of Murphy High School in Mobile, Alabama. He retired from the Mobile Public School System and Mobile Civic Center, where he was a faithful employee for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Douglas (Nettie) McDonald, brothers Samuel McDonald, Cleveland McDonald, Sylvester McDonald, Andrew McDonald, Curtis McDonald, and sisters Arbean Laury, Jeanette Perkins, Aurilla Minter, and Zenobia Mc Donald.
Stanley leaves to cherish his precious memories a wife of 22years, Leshunda Lucky; step-children, Absalom Lucky, Darius Lucky, Tongeria Lucky, Fiora Lucky, Semaj Lucky; step-grandson, Darius Lucky Jr.; brothers, Nathaniel McDonald of Mobile, AL, James McDonald, Johnnie McDonald, and Ladarron McDonald, all of Cleveland, Ohio; sisters, Jean McDonald of Selma, Alabama and Catherine McDonald of Mobile, Alabama; devoted sisterin-law, Georgetta Lucky; mother-in-law, Mary Joyce Lucky; brother-in-law, Samuel Banks; god-son, Marice Daniels and god-daugther, Kay’Dence Brown; devoted friends, Tom White, Willie Smith, and Larry Mitchell; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
